How do I get started?

Create an account, then either build your tour or explore the built-in demo tour to see a fully worked example. Tour managers create a tour; crew join with an invite code.

How does my crew join?

Share your tour's invite code. Crew members create an account, enter the code, and they're in — with the access their role allows.

How do updates and confirmations work?

When you post an update to a show day, your crew can confirm they've seen it. You can see who has and hasn't — so nothing falls through the cracks.

How do I add day sheets, stage plots, or guest lists?

Open a show day and add attachments or details there. Attachments use your device's photo or document picker; OnCallr only accesses a file when you select it.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and its data. It's immediate and can't be undone. You can also email us to request deletion.

Is my data private?

Yes. We don't sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps. Tour content is visible only to the members you invite. See our Privacy Policy.

Is there a cost?

OnCallr is currently free. There are no in-app purchases.
