Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 7, 2026 · Last updated: July 7, 2026
The short version
We collect only what the app needs to work: your account details and the tour content you create.
We do not sell your data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not track you across other apps or websites.
You can delete your account and its data at any time from inside the app.
Who we are
OnCallr ("OnCallr", "we", "us") is a tour-management app for touring professionals. Questions about this policy: support@oncallrapp.com.
Information we collect
Account information you provide
- Name and email address (to create and sign in to your account).
- Optional profile details you choose to add (such as a role label or phone number).
Content you create in the app
- Tours, show days, schedules, day sheets, contacts, guest lists, set lists, travel details, and updates.
- Files or images you choose to attach (accessed only when you pick them via your device's photo or document picker).
Technical information
- A user account identifier used to associate your content with your account.
- Basic operational data required to deliver push notifications you've enabled.
We do not collect location, health, financial, contacts, browsing, or advertising data. This version of the app does not collect crash or analytics data.
How we use information
- To provide the app: store and display your tours and share them with the crew members you invite.
- To send push notifications about tour updates (when enabled).
- To secure accounts and prevent abuse.
- To respond to your support requests.
We use your information only to operate and improve OnCallr. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.
How information is shared
- With your crew: content you add to a tour is visible to the members you invite to that tour, according to their role.
- Service providers: we host data with our backend provider (Supabase) solely to run the app. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
- Legal: we may disclose information if required by law.
- We never sell your data and never share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored with our hosting provider and protected by access controls so that tour content is available only to authorized members of that tour. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Data retention and deletion
- We keep your data for as long as your account is active.
- You can delete your account at any time: open Profile → Delete Account in the app. This permanently deletes your account and associated content. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
- You may also request deletion by emailing support@oncallrapp.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, use in-app account deletion or contact support@oncallrapp.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Children
OnCallr is intended for touring professionals and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
International users
Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. By using OnCallr you consent to this processing.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated in the app.
